The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Invites Online Application Form For The Recruitment Post Of Central Armed Police Forces- CAPF (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2022. The Online Applications can be filled upto 10th May, 2022 till 18.00 Hours through https://upsconline.nic.in portal

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) or CAPF Exam 2022 notification today. The CAPF notification is available for download at the official website upsc.gov.in. The application process has commenced at the UPSC’s application website upsconline.nic.in and candidates can apply till May 10.

UPSC will conduct the CAPF exam 2022 on August 7 (Sunday) and will comprise two papers. Paper-I will be held from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon and Paper-II will be held from 2.00 to 5.00 PM. The notification contains all details regarding eligibility criteria, vacancy breakup, exam pattern, etc.

Educational Qualification

Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination :-

A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree of a University or possess an equivalent qualification.

Note: Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Commission’s examination but have not been informed of the results as also the candidates who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination in the year 2022 will also be eligible for admission to the examination.

About Recruitment

The Union Public Service Commission will hold a Written Examination on 07th August, 2022 for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). The Examination will be held in accordance with the Rules for the published by Ministry of Home Affairs in the Gazette of India dated 20th April, 2022. The date of holding the examination as mentioned above is liable to be changed at the discretion of the Commission.

Selection Process/ Syllabus

The Selection Procedure/Scheme of the Examination will be as follows:

(i) लिखित परीक्षा: संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली लिखित परीक्षा 07 अगस्त, 2022 को आयोजित की जाएगी और इसमें दो पेपर शामिल होंगे। पेपर I सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर 12.00 बजे तक और पेपर II दोपहर 2.00 बजे तक आयोजित किया जाएगा। शाम 5.00 बजे तक

पेपर I: जनरल एबिलिटी एंड इंटेलिजेंस - 250 अंक इस पेपर में प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ (एकाधिक उत्तर) प्रकार के होंगे, जिसमें प्रश्न अंग्रेजी के साथ-साथ हिंदी में भी सेट किए जाएंगे।

पेपर II: सामान्य अध्ययन, निबंध और समझ - 200 अंक इस पेपर में उम्मीदवारों को अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में निबंध घटक लिखने का विकल्प दिया जाएगा, लेकिन प्रीसिस राइटिंग, कॉम्प्रिहेंशन कंपोनेंट्स और अन्य संचार / भाषा कौशल का माध्यम केवल अंग्रेजी होगा। .

(ii) शारीरिक मानक / शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और चिकित्सा मानक परीक्षण: लिखित परीक्षा में योग्य घोषित किए गए उम्मीदवारों को शारीरिक मानक / शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण और चिकित्सा मानक परीक्षण के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

(iii) साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण: जिन उम्मीदवारों को चिकित्सा मानक परीक्षण में योग्य घोषित किया जाता है, उन्हें संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित किए जाने वाले साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। जिन उम्मीदवारों को चिकित्सकीय रूप से अयोग्य घोषित किया जाता है, लेकिन अपीलीय प्राधिकारी द्वारा उनकी अपील पर "रिव्यू मेडिकल बोर्ड" के समक्ष उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी जाती है, उन्हें अनंतिम रूप से साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण 150 अंकों का होगा।

(iv) अंतिम चयन / योग्यता: लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार / व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर योग्यता सूची तैयार की जाएगी।
